Introducing the 2022 AT&T HBCU Hackathon
DISCOVER WHAT'S POSSIBLE

Welcome to the 2022 AT&T HBCU Hackathon!

Here at AT&T we like to #InvestInTheBest which is why we are excited to launch our first ever HBCU Hackathon! We're inviting bright students (like you!) from HBCU's across the nation to come together and compete in a friendly competition to show us who has what it takes to be the best!

What is the AT&T HBCU Hackathon? It is a virtual event were students can compete as individuals or in teams of up to 4 members to create an innovative solution! A solution to what you may ask? Selected students will be able to see the Hackathon Case once it is revealed on September 16th!

Once the case is revealed, students can submit their project idea as their team (1-4 members) and it will be reviewed by current Technology Development Program participants and AT&T Employees for the chance to be selected as a Final 5 Team!

The Final 5 Teams will all be given the change to bring their project idea to life and submit a final project inclusive of coding work, a final PowerPoint presentation, a video presentation, and whatever additional materials you need to showcase your idea. Not to mention the top 5 teams will also receive an AT&T prize pack, AND be invited to interview for the Technology Development Program*!

On September 30th we will announce the winning team of the AT&T HBCU Hackathon who will be awarded a CASH PRIZE!

Applications are now closed.

*Students must qualify for AT&T's Technology Development Program before being invited to a first round interview
